DELIVERY TIME

Standard print orders take three to four weeks from placing the order. Digital files may be downloaded to your electronic devicewithin one week of purchase

ONLINE PROOFS

Your proofs will be available online within one week of your session date. Allow an additional week during the holiday or summer season. Proofs are online for ten days. Once your proof gallery expires, there is a $100.00 fee to reload the proofs (five day limit). Wedding proof galleries are online for thirty days. Once your proof gallery expires, there is a $150.00 fee to reload the gallery (ten day limit).

 

IMAGES EXPIRATION

Images are stored for three months after which they are permanently removed.

 

FUTURE ORDERS

After initial purchase, there’s a $100.00 minimum order requirement.

 

CONTACT

My quickest and most preferred method of contact to let you know that your gallery is online, orders are ready, etc. is via email. Please make sure I have a current email address on file. If you prefer me to call or, please provide a number and best time of day or evening to reach you.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We try to avoid them and hope you will too but should something unavoidable arise, please provide twenty four hours notice to have your creative fee applied to a new date. Fees may only be transferred once.

 

CLOTHING

When discussing location for your sessions, it’s good to think about what you plan to wear by coordinating location colors with outfit colors. A basic recommendation that works for all seasons is no stripes, patterns or logos.

 

Absolutely no cameras smart phones or video cameras permitted during photo sessions.
